few days ago, i read a good fairy tale...
a good one that reflects how we, humans tends to get confused with simple things...
and the tale goes like this...
once there was 2 rabbits ...
everyday, HE will find lots of carrots for SHE & give her all she needed in her daily life...
as the 2 rabbits grew older, SHE started to want LOVE...
SHE knew that HE is very good to her...
preparing carrots she needed but is that LOVE? do SHE really loves HE?
one day, SHE decided to leave her home to look for the answer of LOVE...
SHE packed all the carrots that HE prepared for her all this while,
bid farewell with HE & left for the forest...
SHE first met with Goose... SHE thought that they were in love, but slowly,
SHE found out that she can never catch up with Goose's steps...
when Goose flew up high to the sky, SHE could only keep n running with an upturned head...
tired & exhausted...
slowly, SHE starts to have every intention of giving up...
one day, Goose told SHE that he will be leaving...
he added that SHE can never catch up with him as
SHE can never fly up high with him...
it was SHE's 1st love...
she packed her leftover carrots & carry on with her journey with broken heart...
SHE finally realized that Goose was not her true love...
next, SHE met Bear... SHE knew that she don't even like Bear...
how's SHE gonna fall in love with Bear...
but, Bear was worried about SHE's safety
and insisted to accompany SHE in her journey until SHE met her true love...
along the way, Bear was very caring towards SHE...
in the cold night, Bear will let SHE hide inside the tree hole while he himself,
will be guarding the hole, keeping SHE warm inside...
Bear will also keep his food for SHE...
SHE appreciated Bear's deeds but deep inside,
what SHE has always wanted was not having Bear guarding the hole to keep her warm but,
to have SHE in his arm & snuggle together for warmth...
also, SHE & Bear has different appetite that Bear did not realize...
as they continue their journey,
Bear bumped into Fox who confesses her feelings to Bear...
Bear told SHE that he never love Fox and only wanted to be with SHE...
however, in one of the morning when SHE woke up
Bear no longer guarding the tree hole...
SHE knew that Bear has left with Fox...
SHE started packing up her things & found out that her backpack was full of carrots...
Bear has finally knew what SHE has always wanted, but yet, he left SHE...
SHE walked into Wolf in one rainy day...
although SHE knew that she will get hurt if she fall in love with Wolf,
but yet, SHE was hopelessly in love and fear...
on one rainy day, Wolf finally chased SHE out of his den...
leaving the weak & helpless SHE alone in the forest...
again, SHE packed her things but this time...
her carrots has been running out...
SHE knew that she can't carry on her journey with no food...
SHE is uncertain about her future... will she able to find her true love if she carry on...
SHE starts to doubt her decision to enter the forest to look for her true love...
at this moment, HE came across SHE's mind...
SHE starts to remind about the simple yet happy life that she had in the past...
SHE had left HE to look for her true love... can SHE return to the past???
SHE was in doubt...
suddenly, there was some weird sound from behind...
when SHE turned around, she saw a gray figure stuffing her backpack with carrots...
it was HE!!!!
all the while, HE has been secretly following SHE in her journey...
worrying that SHE will run out of carrots...
after several heart-broken experience with Goose, Bear and Wolf...
SHE finally understood the meaning of LOVE...
LOVE is when...
the 2 of them can share the carrots together...
it was as simple as that...
humans are always like that...
we tend to make simple things complicated & take things for granted...
when we get 1, we wanted to have 2, 3 and 4 and more...
in the end, we may lose the one that love us the most...
LOVE does not need a thousand words to explain...
but simple actions shows it all...
peoples... appreciate what you have today
& never ever take things for granted!!!
everyone deserve the right to be loved...
either YOU or HIM/HER!!!
